MKSC provide port captain to attend vessels to maximize cargo intake and ensure smooth dispatch during the vessels time in port. He will develop and maintain good working relationships with local agents, stevedores and service providers. He will work to resolve complex ship and cargo issues. He will provide daily report with photographs and experts comments. He will share a good/real observation scenario of on board a ship with owner/charterer as required
